This guide shows you the basics of how to create circular business models in your fashion business. It’s designed for people who want to learn about circular business change and need to start from scratch, or have only just begun their journey.
The course provides a simple step-by-step guide on how to implement business model change (the circular business change process) and the factors to consider as you implement change (QSA’s 7C’s framework.) It’s designed to give an overview of our experience in a light-touch way.
The knowledge is based on our experiences from our Circular Fashion Fast Forward project – we delivered this project in partnership with ReLondon and with the generous support of the Laudes Foundation.
